Bob trained in Florida under the auspices of Globe Missionary Evangelism, and then Bob and Melissa  accepted a posting to Japan for 9 years. During this time they developed their skills with families in crisis. That work then developed further during six years residency in Granville St., Clydebank, where Bob  was elected Chair of the Radnor Park Residents' Association.

Ryan and Chris grew up in southwest Wisconsin. They have 2 children: Ryan and Cassandra. A short-term missions trip to Romania in 1999 confirmed their missions call. The adventure into full-time ministry began when they moved to Pensacola, Florida in April 2000 to attend Brownsville Revival School of Ministry. Chris graduated in May 2002 with an Associate Degree in Pastoral Ministry. Ryan attends Vision University and is studying for an Associate Degree in Ministry.

As single people, both David and Rachel entered Brownsville Revival School of Ministry. While at school they took a short-term missions trip to Scotland. After returning from Scotland, God brought David and Rachel together. They were married in January 199. They graduated in 1999, and began to pursue their call to Scotland
